We use your information to fulfill our contract with you and provide a high-end service:

  • Personalization: Using ticket holder details to ensure your entry to the event is guaranteed and complies with the organizer’s security protocols.

  • RateHawk: Our accommodation partner, who receives the lead guest's name to secure your 3 or 4-star hotel room.
  • Official Event Organizers: Such as the FIA, Formula 1 teams, or Football Clubs, when direct registration is required for stadium or circuit access.
  • Payment Processors: Such as PayPal or credit card gateways, to process your transaction securely.

4. Retention and Security

We retain ticket holder details (Names and Dates of Birth) only as long as necessary to fulfill the travel service and comply with legal or financial record-keeping requirements.

Please note that while we use industry-standard security measures, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. We encourage you to keep your account credentials confidential.
