Delivery of tickets

All tickets are delivered digitally, as e-tickets or mobile tickets. There are no shipping costs.

When will I receive my tickets? The expected delivery time is shown on every ticket page. Clubs often release tickets close to the match for security reasons, so most tickets arrive between 24 hours and a few days before kick-off. That is completely normal.

How will I receive them? We send your tickets by email to the address you used for your order. Please make sure the ticket holder details you entered are correct, as tickets are often issued in the name of the person attending.

Haven’t received your tickets? Check your spam folder first. If your tickets haven’t arrived by the time stated on the ticket page, contact us at info@grandstandtravel.com and we will sort it out straight away.

Trips For trips including a hotel and/or flight, you will receive your booking confirmations by email after your booking is confirmed. Your match tickets follow separately, as described above.
